What You’ll Do

As a counselor , you’ll :

• Lead dynamic group sessions that blend structure, empathy, and empowerment using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed frameworks.
• Provide individual counseling that focuses on each client’s strengths, goals, and cultural experiences.
• Facilitate approved curricula for IOP, OP , and occasionally BIP / DUI programs — keeping things engaging, educational, and growth-oriented.
• Conduct intake assessments that help clients feel seen, supported, and motivated from day one.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation that reflects professionalism and clinical excellence.
• Communicate with courts, probation officers, and referral partners to ensure accountability and coordinated care.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary dream team — counselors, peer specialists, case managers, and community partners.
• Respond to crises calmly and compassionately , prioritizing safety and dignity.
• Inspire hope, model resilience , and help clients build lives that feel worth staying sober for.
