About The Position

• Experience with various surgical cases including General, GYN, Neuro / Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Plastics, and Urology

Description :

The role requires an independent circulating nurse in the Operating Room.

Candidates must be able to handle a variety of surgical cases including General, GYN, Neuro / Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Plastics, and Urology.

Shifts are from Monday to Friday, with variable days off and weekend call requirements.

Call shifts are approximately 5 to 8 per 6-week schedule, which includes 2 to 3 weekends.

Floating within the facility and to other locations may be required.

Compliance requirements must be met in order to start on time.

Travelers are expected to work one major holiday, with additional holiday work if specified.

Full compliance is required, and references from supervisory roles are preferred for submission.

Candidates must complete core requirements promptly to ensure an on-time start.

Local candidates are accepted, receiving the same rate.

Specific skills in surgical procedures and equipment operation are necessary for successful performance in this role.

Patient care involves a daily census of adult and geriatric patients within the assigned unit.

Interdisciplinary support services are available, including pharmacy and physical therapy.
