StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $325000.00 - $350000.00

An established and mission-driven health system in coastal California is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial, patient-centered urgent care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking both professional fulfillment and work-life balance in one of Californias most desirable regions.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Flexible Scheduling: Two full-time roles available FridaySunday (3 shifts) or MondayThursday (4x10s)
• Work-Life Balance: In-person only, no call, no APP supervision keep work at work
• Supportive Environment: Join a collegial team with one full-time physician, per diem support, and MAs on staff
• $325K base salary
• $50,000 recruitment incentive
