- Manage and lead environmental investigation and remediation projects, focusing on planning, budgeting, schedule adherence, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff while managing subcontractors and project teams.
- Develop work plans, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports and proposals.
- Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Participate in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct fieldwork including environmental sampling, drilling oversight, and remediation system operations.
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Strengthen our firm’s reputation through publication and visibility at industry conferences.
- Be prepared for travel to client project sites as necessary.
Education and Licensure :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or a related field (required).Advanced degree is preferred.Professional registration in California or the ability to obtain it within one year is preferred.Skills, Experience and Qualifications :
Minimum of 7 years of relevant environmental consulting experience or a comparable combination of education and experience (required).Knowledge of California's environmental remediation regulations (required).Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams (required).Successful track record in client management and business development (required).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple assignments (required).Demonstrated leadership capabilities (required).Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training is preferred.Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel overnight (required).Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are essential (required).This posting will remain active for at least five days. The typical base salary range for this position is $91,505 to $134,465 annually, subject to experience and qualifications.
