Position Title : Air and Missile Defense (AMD) EO ART Product Manager

Location : Huntsville, AL – Government Site

Status : Full-time; Exempt

Position Description :

The Engagement Operations(EO) Agile Release Team (ART) Product Manager is responsible for overseeing software product deliveries and works closely with the System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners as key leaders of the EO ART. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy, vision, and roadmaps with customer needs and business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage software product deliveries within the EO ART framework.

Collaborate with System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners to ensure alignment of product strategy and vision.

Define and maintain product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Foster innovation and drive the delivery of high-value features.

Provide leadership to large-scale software development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, sciences, or mathematics.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Air and Missile Defense domain, with emphasis on Engagement Operations.
• Strong understanding of Engagement Planning, Classification, Identification and Discrimination (CID), and Track Management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
