Job descriptionPerform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions including entries, reconciliations, and reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal management reports Assist in quarterly regulatory reporting and annual IRS filings Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion Assist with audits, budget preparation, and special projects as needed Collaborate across departments to research and resolve accounting or financial data issues Recommend process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives within the accounting team Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field) required Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience Experience in a banking or credit union environment preferred CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles $30-$40 per hour Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K with match Tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and sick time Internal advancement opportunities within accounting and finance

Compensation : $30-$40 per hour + Annual Bonus
