Outside Parts Sales Representative

As a Parts Counterperson, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Hyundai Irving. You're responsible for growing our wholesale business by maintaining and building relationships with existing and new customers.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Hyundai experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for a car enthusiast who thrives on finding solutions to problems and has prior experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of parts sales.

What You'll Do:

• Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Locates or orders parts as needed.
• Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
• Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
• Maintains professional appearance.

What You'll Need:

• Previous parts sales experience and the desire to continuously learn more
• Hyundai experience a plus
• Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent follow up skills, frequently communicating inventory and availability of parts
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
