What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle issues with precision and efficiency

Collaborate with service advisors and service manager to ensure accurate repair plans

Provide labor and time estimates for service jobs

• Run all appropriate test plans and follow proper repair procedures for warranty repairs. (providing labor operations / times)

Document completed work with clarity and thoroughness

Maintain and follow all safety and vehicle care standards

Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed

Stay current on technical bulletins, factory updates, and training requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience with VW, Audi, or other European brands strongly preferred

Solid diagnostic skills, technical ability, and a strong work ethic

A team player with a positive attitude and a focus on quality. Our culture is one of our most important focuses here at VW Cool Springs

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or GED; manufacturer training is a plus

Strong desire to advance your career in a high-performance environment
