Provide leadership on the Teller line by troubleshooting questions, giving guidance, delivering on-the-spot and structured coaching, and ensuring operational excellence, while providing a WOW experience to our members. As part of the branch leadership team, you'll get to demonstrate your operational expertise and leadership ability in this dynamic role. As a Head Teller with Community First, you will :

• Prioritize experience. Provide exceptional, WOW service to our members, and to your team.
• Operate with excellence. Ensure the teller line is operating soundly, with a focus on service and accuracy.
• Coach and develop the team. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to the Teller team.
• Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
• Deliver hands-on service. Step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.

This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
