Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of HVAC installation / service experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors) Competitive Pay – Based on experience Company Vehicle – Take-home van for qualified techs Medical Benefits – Health coverage 401(k) with company match (up to 6%) Paid Vacation and Holidays ️ Consistent Work Year-Round Monday - Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm (occasional overtime)

- Install, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with customers and team members in a respectful, professional manner
