Responsibilities :
Design, oversee, and assess treatment programs that promote social, communication, and behavioral growth in children with autism and developmental disabilitiesProvide hands-on training, coaching, and supervision to RBTs and clinical staffConduct assessments, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely updates to treatment plansSupport and engage with families through training, collaboration, and advocacyChampion program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring consistent progress trackingBring creativity and insight to enhance our behavioral services as we continue to growSkills
Masters Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related fieldActive BCBA or BCBA-D certificationProficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.Knowledge of behavioral health practices and therapeutic interventions.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.As we look ahead to expansion and new communities to serve, we are excited to bring on dedicated professionals who want to help shape the future of ABA therapy with purpose and passion.
