Job Title : Senior Graphic Designer

Location : Chicago / Hybrid

Reports to : Head of Global Brand / Creative Director

What You'll Do Lead the development of big ideas and creative concepts that bring brand stories to life across multiple touchpoints (venues, campaigns, initiatives, guest experiences)

Interpret briefs and transform them into creative solutions

Develop decks, mood boards, and visuals that sell the vision

Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Venue teams to turn that vision into reality

Oversee projects from initial concept through to execution

Keep things fresh, exciting, and always on-brand

Qualifications 6+ years in design or branding for entertainment, lifestyle, or hospitality; we're open to in-house and agency backgrounds

A portfolio that feels fresh, edgy and contemporary

Strong Adobe skills (extra points for motion)

You think in stories, moments, and guest-first experiences

Comfortable pitching and presenting your ideas with energy

Passion for culture, design, and immersive environments

A calm-headedness and sense of prioritization in the face of deadlines

Big energy and a sense of humor is appreciated
