Location : Klamath Basin and Surrounding Areas Position Type : Full-Time Compensation : Base Salary Commission (Potential to Earn $100000 Annually)

Position Objectives

As a Sales Professional you will :

Drive $1-2 million in sales annually in general construction siding and decking.

Collaborate with team members including production managers and crew.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and expert design work.

Work closely with the Sales Manager while maintaining the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Follow the Linkville sales process.

Build strong relationships with clients to create raving fans of Linkville Roofing.

Estimate and design projects to meet client specifications.

Collaborate with team members on pricing materials and project scopes.

Create accurate work orders and ensure timely billing and job cost reporting.

Follow the Linkville sales process and continuously refine your skills.

Report weekly and monthly sales numbers during team huddles.

What Were Looking For

Education & Experience : Sales experience is helpful but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

With this hire we are focusing on someone with general contracting knowledge in the deck building siding and general exterior wall framing areas.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk on roofs and handle ladders.
