Program Supervisor
Location : Nampa School District
Schedule : M-Th 8am-4 : 30pm (School days); F 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm (Friday Program run by Accel at one of the schools)
- Accel also hosts a Summer Program at one of the schools when school is out for summer break. This schedule will be M-F 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm. During the summer, to qualify for WFH days, at least 2 clinicians need to be working, and at least 1 clinician must be present in-person.
- On days that school is closed throughout the school year, Accel may offer to do therapy in the home setting for any of our Friday Program clients.
Work Setting : Hybrid Role (3 in-person days at the schools - including Fridays & 2 WFH telehealth days)

At Accel Therapies, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies. We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.
As a Program Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Behavior Therapists while delivering life-changing results for clients and families. You’re more than a supervisor - you’re a mentor, advocate, and creative problem-solver.
In the school setting, you’ll :
Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School DistrictWork on IEP goals approved by the districtSupport Behavior Therapists with managing behaviorsIn the Friday & Summer Programs, you’ll :
Collaborate with BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on dataHelp develop behavior intervention plansAssist with preparing accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategiesDevelop engaging activities (arts, crafts, social games, play-based learning) aligned with client goalsAcross both settings, you’ll :
Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABAHelp lead bimonthly team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growthMaintain 35 billable hours per weekWho Are We Looking For?
Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field2-3 years of experience in ABA therapyProven experience in staff supervision and team leadershipStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCreativity in developing client-centered programmingKnowledge of ABA ethics and industry standardsBilingual in Spanish is a plusApply today and join a company that puts its supervisors and teams first.
