Baylor University seeks an outstanding professional to become the Assistant Director for Multicultural Affairs. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in programming and initiatives regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has a strong passion to equip students to thrive in celebrating not only themselves, but willingly embracing the culture of others.
A Master’s degree (in Education, or a related field), three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. Preferred candidates will possess a Master’s degree, and five years of relevant work experience.

This position requires the availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Director for Multicultural Affairs will engage programming centered around further advancing a culture around diversity, equity, and inclusion practices that prepare students for worldwide leadership and service. Responsibilities include the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives that affect individual behaviors, support student success, and advocate for policies that address campus and community health.
