Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Massage Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic massages to enhance overall well-being and alleviate pain.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Provide various types of massages, including deep tissue massage, to address specific pain management needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and progress made by patients.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in occupational health settings to support comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Must be able work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or spa setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy practices.
• Excellent patient service skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with med spa services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay is based on services provided, not hourly rate. $500 sign on bonus after six months of employment.
