POSITION : The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin and Barre. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including the Wellness Program, Trauma Treatment Program, and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. This is a meaningful opportunity to support community mental health in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS : The preferred combination of education and relevant experience for this position includes :

• Master’s degree and be license eligible.
• One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and families.

Additional requirements for this position include :

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : This full-time exempt position offers an hourly rate of $26.24 / hr and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement / student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
