As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. You will interact with residents and guests, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities as required by site policies. Document observations and incidents clearly and accurately following Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific requirements. Communicate and collaborate with residents, staff, and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns. Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and on-site management. Minimum Requirements : An Armed Guard Card or License is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
