Join a dedicated team providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities. The Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating care within your assigned population, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and Medical Director oversight to ensure support and success.
Schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Key duties include delivering patient care, collaborating with staff and physicians, conducting rounds, documenting visits, and managing records and billing. Ideal candidates have strong communication, empathy, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, or emergency medicine, along with a current Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
