We are seeking passionate Associate Attorneys who want to make a real difference by giving clients peace of mind in planning for life's toughest moments and advocating fiercely for the elderly and vulnerable. Candidates should bring experience in one or more of the following areas : estate planning, estate / trust administration, guardianship, Medicaid planning / applications, and related litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and complex asset protection plans.

Advise clients on tax and Medicaid implications, including spend-down strategies and applications.

Oversee estate and trust administration matters : fiduciary accounts, tax filings, beneficiary relations, and court filings.

Represent and advocate for elderly clients in institutional or home care settings, including fair hearings.

Handle litigation matters related to will contests, trust disputes, and guardianships.

Supervise paralegals, manage case workflow, and maintain accurate billable records.

Engage in networking, bar association activities, and CLE to build professional expertise and client relationships.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to practice in New Jersey.

5+ years of experience in estate planning and / or elder law (preferred).

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management systems (Clio experience a plus).

Commitment to client advocacy with empathy and professionalism.
