Oncology Physician Services Contract Summary

Location : Buffalo, NY (onsite)

Position : Full-time position, W-2, 1099 Considered

Employer : QPCS

Compensation : $210 / hour (W-2)

Place of Performance : Services shall be provided at the Government Facility sites :

• Buffalo VAMC 3495 Bailey Ave, Buffalo NY 14215 (Primary site)
• Batavia VAMC 222 Richmond Ave, Batavia NY, 14020

Quality Patient Centered Services LLC (QPCS) seeks a full-time psychiatrist for day-shift work at the Buffalo VAMC. Come join a nurse-owned healthcare team serving underserved communities of the federal, state, and local governments.

Locations :

Clinics at Batavia are scheduled as needed, minimum once per quarter, maximum once per week.
