About the role

As a Senior Coverage Counsel at Reserv, you will act as a legal advisor and strategist, ensuring that our clients' coverage related matters are handled in a legally sound, compliant, and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coverage attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment and who is looking to grow their career.

Who you are

• Claims legal professional - you are knowledgeable and have a track record of success in analyzing coverage across P&C lines of business with an emphasis on General and Professional liability coverages.
• Strong leader - through formal management experience or a proven track record of peer and project leadership, you have demonstrated the ability to motivate, support, and teach a team to help them excel in their roles.
• Tech-oriented - You are excited by the prospect of building a tech-driven claims organization while delivering an excellent service and have proven results leveraging technology and analytics.
• Passionate - Claims professional who cares about their team, the customer, and their experience
