Role Description

The Service Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC systems and kitchen equipment, diagnosing equipment issues, and providing effective solutions. The role involves conducting field service work at customer locations and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Attention to detail and technical expertise are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks with experience in HVAC systems and kitchen equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
• Experienced with Field Service tasks, including on-site repair and maintenance work
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Technical certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the Central Ohio area
