A company is looking for a Patent Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients in patent prosecution and strategic counseling in the Electric Engineering & Computer Science sectors

Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas while managing individual client matters

Maintain autonomy over personal practice while contributing to the firm's growth and success

Required Qualifications

At least five years of experience in patent prosecution at a national or regional law firm or in-house

Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics

Active admission to a state bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrated an excellent reputation in the industry

Preference for candidates based in the DC area
