Ops Print Services Assistant
The Office of the Clerk is accepting applications for an OPS Print Services Assistant. This is full-time temporary employment during the legislative session (October 1, 2025, through March 13, 2026).
Examples of Work Performed
- Prepare projects for duplicating and printing.
- Operates duplicating equipment. (Prisma Software,.PDF)
- Operates a book binder, commercial folder, and paper cutter.
- Works with the public in a main reception area to include greeting, taking orders, and filling requests.
- Must be willing and able to work some late nights, weekends, and early mornings based on the demands of the office.
- Must be able to regularly lift and stack up to 50 pound boxes.
- Uses basic computer skills to locate files, website material, and uploading documents.
- Performs other related duties as required.

A high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of work experience including but not limited to clerical, service maintenance, carpentry, or security operations. Appropriate work attire is required.
