Principal Bioinformatician

A company is looking for a Principal Bioinformatician, Precision Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and validate algorithms and statistical models for analyzing genomic and epigenomic datasets

Analyze and interpret complex multimodal data from techniques like next-generation sequencing (NGS) for MRD and TRM insights

Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for processing NGS data within high-performance computing environments

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field with a focus on cancer genomics

8+ years of experience in high-throughput sequencing analysis, algorithm development, and data science

Deep understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts and hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in NGS data processing tools

In-depth knowledge of genomics, molecular diagnostic technologies, and cancer biology, especially in liquid biopsy and MRD
