Our client, a leading organization in document management and data processing, is seeking a Document Prep Specialist to join their team. As a Document Prep Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the document processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Document Prep Specialist

Location : Jessup, MD

Pay Range : $18.00 per hour

Shift : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform seated tasks involving review and preparation of documents
• Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents
• Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat
• Maintain the order of documents when returning them to cartons
• Adhere to safety standards, including wearing protective footwear if required
