Responsibilities
- Represent automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.
- Handle trial and arbitration preparation, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
- Advocate in courtrooms and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare legal research, writing, and client correspondence.
