  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a VP - Global Corporate Treasurer to take the helm of its Treasury function, with a focus on scaling and leading all related processes and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the firm's day-to-day Corporate Treasury activities on a global scale, leading the Financial Operations function, managing bank relationships, and overseeing stablecoin issuance reserve management. This role also involves capital and liquidity risk management, corporate cash management, and building and maintaining cash flow and liquidity forecasting models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Treasury, liquidity, and cash management, with a preference for those with experience in banking or FinTech and a deep understanding of multi-currency operations.

    Applicants for the VP - Global Corporate Treasurer position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in progressive Treasury leadership roles, with at least 8 years' in banking or FinTech. Deep relationships with global multinational banks, strong capital and liquidity forecasting experience, and a background in building scalable processes are essential. The role requires a candidate with robust analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, as well as a strong knowledge of Treasury management systems. Experience in capital markets and institutional crypto is a plus. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technical, and driven, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and complex systems. Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills are also necessary, along with a proven track record of effective business documentation and articulation.
