Location : Philadelphia, PA 19140 – Explore Philadelphia's vibrant neighborhoods, renowned dining, and historic attractions.

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – ICU Registered Nurse

Unit : ICU Float Pool (PACU, ED, ICU / Stepdown)

Shifts : 12-hour night shifts (NOC)

Hours per Week : 36

Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 8 / 2025 – End : 3 / 10 / 2026)

Operating Hours : Monday 7am to Saturday 7pm (no Sundays)

Blocked Scheduling : Considered

Number of Openings : 4

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience or relevant clinical specialty

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Active Pennsylvania RN license

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional professional education or specialty certifications may be required

Ability to float between PACU, ED, ICU, and Stepdown units as needed

Key Nursing Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care to ICU boarders in the PACU unit, focusing on trauma overflow cases

Float to Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds and support other ICU / Stepdown units

Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and the healthcare team

Lead and direct nursing support staff according to hospital policies and nursing standards

Apply current nursing techniques and best practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and compliance standards
