Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with insurance policy information.

Policy Management : Assist in the management and update of insurance policies, ensuring clients have the most current and accurate information.

Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, providing necessary support and documentation assistance.

Communication : Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions and transactions for effective record-keeping and follow-up.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active Florida Insurance License.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly within the insurance industry, is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively assist customers.

Problem Solving : Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and provide solutions to meet their insurance needs.
