Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and ensure their questions are thoroughly addressed.

Claims Processing : Guide policyholders through the claims process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Policy Management : Manage existing accounts, processing renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments as needed.

Problem Solving : Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the company's insurance offerings to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring completeness and confidentiality.

Client Relationship : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

Licensure : Must hold a valid property and casualty insurance license applicable to the state of Maine.

Experience : Previous customer service experience with a focus on insurance is highly desirable.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
