Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay model :

Daily guarantee during ramp-up

Transition to % of adjusted production

Occurrence-based malpractice insurance (covered)

$1,500 annual CE allowance + 3 CE days

12 personal days per year (plus CE leave)

Streamlined support for credentialing, billing, HR, and marketing

Qualifications

DMD or DDS from an accredited institution

Active NC dental license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset

Comfortable with a wide range of general procedures

A team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
