About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Corporate to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the company's corporate functions, with a focus on a wide variety of enterprise and business unit commercial transactions. This role also involves offering business counseling on a diverse set of legal, regulatory, operational, and other issues. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of combined experience in a top-tier law firm and / or in-house legal department, with a proven track record of leading the negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts. Experience in managing a team of attorneys and paralegals to provide transactional and operational support is also required.
