Your Role
As our Sales and Leasing Agent , you’ll be at the heart of Kingsbrook Estates’ growth and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role blends sales, marketing, and customer relations, driving occupancy while enhancing community life. You will guide prospective residents through every step — from their first visit to move-in day — and play a key role in promoting the Kingsbrook Estates lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
- Actively sell and lease new, pre-owned, and brokered homes within the community.
- Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, prospect tracking, tours, applications, closings, and follow-ups.
- Promote available homes through digital marketing, social media, and local outreach.
- Conduct property tours and open houses to attract and engage potential residents.
- Ensure model homes and available units are always move-in ready.
- Support community engagement by assisting with resident events that build relationships and foster satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, team members, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports while meeting sales performance goals.
About You
Passionate about creating positive customer experiences and helping families find their homes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — friendly, confident, and approachable.Self-motivated and able to thrive independently while collaborating with a team.Organized with attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Ability to work some evenings and weekends as business needs require.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Prior experience in customer service, leasing, sales, or real estate preferred (manufactured housing experience a plus).Willingness to obtain any required state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of hire.Why You’ll Love Working Here
