Job Description Summary

Provide administrative support to the Natural Science Division Website. The Website Assistant will assist faculty / staff with creating and editing pages on the NSD website. Assist with Division website content and special projects as assigned. Webpages use restricted WordPress software.

Minimum Qualifications

• Computer science major with a concentration in internet programming
• General office equipment experience
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop Professional
• Organized, detail-oriented
• Work independently
• Ability to perform in a time-sensitive environment

Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule

Flexible schedules are available with the departmental hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm. This position works on campus and remotely. 6 hours / 2 days per week minimum.
