Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Manager to lead a team focused on maintaining the operational efficiency of server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams and stakeholders to determine user requirements and develop design documents

Guide team members in producing extensible and maintainable code while managing project plans and release schedules

Monitor system performance and drive improvements in availability, reliability, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience

4+ years of experience in software development, testing, and technical design

4+ years working with distributed systems and scalable cloud environments

1+ year of people management experience

Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
