Facility Type : Outpatient Clinic

    • Schedule :

  • Full-Time Clinic Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • No weekends

    • Position Summary :

    Join our well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic, proudly serving the Lancaster community. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will support Physical Therapists in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers an experienced, collaborative team, predictable caseloads, and excellent work-life balance—with no weekend shifts .

    Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current California PTA license (or eligibility)
  • 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • CPR / BLS certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
