About the Role :

As the Self-Storage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This includes leasing units, managing tenant accounts, maintaining property standards, and driving revenue through outstanding customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
• Rent units, process payments, and manage customer accounts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility
• Manage inventory of moving supplies and retail items
• Perform light maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records and daily reporting
