Inside Sales Associate Building Materials

At Koopman Lumber were looking for an energetic Inside Sales Associate to join our Building Materials this key role youll partner with our Outside Sales Representatives and internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service accurate quotes and professional support throughout every stage of the sales process. Youll help strengthen customer relationships improve margins and contribute directly to our continued growth and success.

What Youll Do

• Work cooperatively with 23 Outside Sales Representatives plus Estimating Engineering Credit and Distribution teams to meet customer needs.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes orders and product information for new and existing customers.
• Manage all aspects of the order processincluding special and non-stock itemsto ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Use industry-specific software (Jeld-Wen Andersen Marvin Saberis Kas-Kel Simplicity Plus Marvin OMS Jeld-Wen Quick Quote) to create and submit orders.
• Operate the Bistrack Point of Sale system for daily sales transactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin goals for assigned Outside Sales Representatives.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative service-driven culture that defines Koopman Lumber.
