We're seeking a Product Manager to own the future of Nutrient Workflow and drive its transformation into the document-centric, Agentic orchestration platform of tomorrow.

Your Role at Nutrient...

As Product Manager for Nutrient Workflow , you'll shape the strategy and execution of our workflow automation platform. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to reimagine how workflows happen in organizations with documents at the center and AI agents as collaborators.

You'll be responsible for turning the product vision into actionable initiatives, prioritizing them, and ensuring we deliver a platform that helps enterprises automate securely, scale efficiently, and stay compliant without slowing down. You'll enlist the help of our AI specialists and engineers, workflow architects, and partner ecosystem and put our document expertise in service of shaping the next generation of human-AI collaboration for enterprise workflows.

What You'll Do...

  • Define Product Strategy : Take the vision for Nutrient Workflow as the leading agentic document automation platform and turn it into prioritized initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Drive Roadmap Execution : Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, balancing agentic capabilities, compliance requirements, and user experience improvements.
  • Partner with Engineering & Design : Work side by side to design, prototype, and deliver features such as agentic workflows, embedded document editing, and audit-ready compliance tools.
  • Engage with Customers : Gather insights from enterprise customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, education) to ensure we're solving their most critical workflow challenges.
  • Help with Delivery : Provide hands-on leadership to keep initiatives moving forward and outcomes achieved. Step in to guide execution when needed.
  • Enable Go-To-Market : Be in lockstep with Product Marketing and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to position Nutrient Workflow effectively, support launches, and train teams on value propositions.
  • Measure & Iterate : Define success metrics, analyze adoption and performance data, and continuously refine priorities to maximize impact.

What You'll Bring...

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally with B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software development, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience working on workflow automation, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to define roadmaps, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver products from concept to launch.
  • Deep curiosity about AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop systems, with the ability to translate emerging technology into business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage executives, technical teams, and customers alike.
  • A balance of strategic outlook and hands-on execution, comfortable switching between big-picture planning and detail-level problem solving.
  • Who Thrives Here...

At Nutrient, we're not just hiring for skills we're hiring for mindset. The people who thrive here are :

  • Collaborators : You collaborate openly, listen actively, and prioritize team success over ego.
  • Hungry Learners : Rapid learning fuels progress and career growth.
  • Curious Thinkers : You dig deep to uncover the why, valuing understanding over simply being right.
  • Self-Starters : You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities with creativity and persistence.
  • Owners : You take responsibility for solutions and outcomes, always looking for ways to improve what's within your control.
  • Doers : You're energized by progress, motivated to create meaningful impact, and eager to tackle challenges.
  • If you've made it this far : give us your argument on which product metric you believe is the most crucial for driving growthand which one you think is overrated.

    Why You'll Love Working Here...

At Nutrient, you'll be part of an impactful mission, shaping how thousands of global organizations and millions of users handle document workflows. You'll join a smart, diverse team distributed across the world, where we collaborate to drive innovation and growthbacked by a significant 100M EUR investment from Insight Partners. We believe in a culture of autonomy, giving you the freedom to define strategies, experiment, and deliver results in a high-growth environment. Our culture is centered around continuous growth and collaboration, ensuring every team member has the opportunity to learn, innovate, and drive meaningful change at our company.

We embrace a low-meeting culture and prioritize asynchronous communication to provide flexibility and focus. Working hours overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe, and Asia. If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia for payroll processing.
