Responsibilities of the Property Accountant / Analyst :

CAM reconciliations

analyze and research tenant leases and resolve payment discrepancies

review tax reconciliations and related escrow charges

Qualifications for the Property Accountant / Analyst :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of property accounting experience in a commercial real estate setting

Yardi or MRI software experience is required
