Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with key practice management software providers and dental technology platforms
Sell and position Alara as a complementary solution to existing software ecosystems
Collaborate with internal teams to execute integration and co-marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS
Background in companies such as Rectangle Health, Weave, Dentrix, or Henry Schein One
Demonstrated success selling into or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations (DSOs)
Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment
