Pay Rate : $16–$17 / hour
Position Type : Temp-to-Perm
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM | Some Saturdays & Overtime as needed
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join our team at a busy recycling facility in Fort Myers, FL . This is a hands-on position where sorting materials on the processing line is the primary responsibility, with front-end loader or skid steer operation as a key part of the role .
The ideal candidate will have strong recent experience operating a front-end loader , preferably in an industrial or recycling environment. Forklift experience is optional and secondary to loader / skid steer expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely and efficiently operate front-end loader and / or skid steer
- Sort recyclable materials (paper and co-mingled items) on the processing line
- Assist with general labor tasks throughout the facility as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support the team in achieving daily production goals
- Learn and apply knowledge of various laborer roles within the facility
