The Marketing Operations Strategist is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for optimizing marketing technology and processes to drive revenue impact. This role manages and enhances lead capture, nurture, and funnel progression by refining Marketing Automation Platforms, ensuring data integrity, and developing scalable marketing operations strategies. Responsible for HubSpot setup, integrations, cleanup, and optimization, as well as broader CRM and marketing operations improvements, this individual combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to elevate campaign effectiveness and maximize MarTech investments for B2B clients.
Responsibilities :
- Setting the foundation for Marketing Operations excellence
- Manage and perform HubSpot setups
- Clean up existing Marketing Automation Platforms / CRMs and continue to ensure they operate cleanly and efficiently
- Ensure any native platform integration syncs are accurate and clean
- Strategize sales and marketing alignment automation within the Marketing Automation Platform / CRM
- Lead program strategy and implementation including target audience builds (ie. ICP criteria and decision-maker makeup), list segmentation, lifecycle funnel automation, workflow development, and lead scoring model creation
- Optimizing and expanding existing Marketing Ops setups
- Build various reports and dashboards that showcase different marketing success metrics
- Lead qualification automation optimizations
- Campaign structure, creation, & SOPs
- System troubleshooting & additional customizations
- Additional custom reports & dashboards
- High-level sales operations processes and functions within the CRM
- Sales performance & activity reports
- Operational and day-to-day SOP creation for CRM utilization and clean data entry
- Support internal growth of the Marketing Ops Department
- Assist with developing our product offering, identify opportunities to improve the department, and actively share insights with the team
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Requirements :
2-4 years experience in marketing operations or related roles (agency experience is a plus!)Strong experience in HubSpot (Pardot or any other MAPs are a plus!)Familiarity with navigating Salesforce. The ability to perform any of the following functions is a plus :Report and dashboard-buildsCampaign setup and reportingField setup and mappingRecord customizationBasic automationsStrong understanding of the HubSpot <>Salesforce Integration
An understanding of common CRM / MAP integrations with any sales / marketing systems and tools (ie. ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Insycle, 6Sense, etc.) and an understanding of how they interact and integrateAbility to troubleshoot issues within the marketing technology stackAbility to be client-facing and discuss complex strategies and recommendations with the clientComfortable with ambiguity.
