Venue and Events Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities :
Menu development and high-level executionWork collaboratively with the sales team, venue management, and clientsAssurance of quality, taste, and presentationMentorship, training, and development of team membersCommunicate effectively and clearlyVenue and Events Chef de Cuisine Qualifications :
Degree from an accredited culinary institution or comparable experience5 years of Chef experience and at least 1 year leading culinary operationsExperience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end catering preferredMust be responsible and driven with the ability to manage selfHighly skilled in a multitude of cuisines and culinary techniques
