Base pay range

$82,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

• Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving : Spot high-impact AI opportunities across the business.
• Ask the tough questions to uncover root problems and shape innovative solutions.
• Map AI initiatives to strategic goals and demonstrate their value.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses that show real outcomes.
• AI Solution Development : Design and test creative prompt engineering strategies (Claude and similar LLMs).
• Partner with I.T. and cross-functional teams to bring AI integrations to life.
• Refine solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Document workflows and operating procedures for sustainable adoption.
• Collaboration & Communication : Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Lead workshops and training to drive AI adoption across teams.
• Gather business needs and turn them into actionable project plans.
• Technical Integration : Ensure AI tools work seamlessly with existing systems.
• Monitor performance and stay ahead of trends in AWS and cloud technologies.
