We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial operations, risk management, and strategic planning to ensure the organization’s financial health and long-term success. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, financial systems, and banking operations to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, while maintaining adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead the organization’s internal controls, audits, and risk management initiatives to safeguard assets and optimize financial performance.
  • Manage capital planning, liquidity, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability and support growth.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Liaise with regulators, investors, and stakeholders to present financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize funding sources and ensure effective asset-liability management to enhance profitability.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced credentials such as a CPA are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams and leading financial operations.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, capital markets, and risk management strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems, tools, and spreadsheets such as Excel.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
