Overview

A luxury retail company is seeking a Temporary Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory operations during a paternity leave. This role ensures accurate inventory across retail stores, warehouse locations, consignment partners, and showrooms. Stealth Inventory System (AS400) experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inventory reporting, month-end close, and quarterly consolidation.
• Conduct and review physical counts and warehouse cycle counts; upload results into STEALTH / START.
• Perform 3-way match of invoices to receipts, including intercompany and third-party vendors.
• Run inventory movement reports and resolve missing notes or shipment discrepancies.
• Upload manual inventory movements / adjustments and reconcile consignment inventory.
• Track merchandise flow through warehouse operations and ensure accurate valuation.
• Assist with quarterly inventory devaluation and audit preparation.
