• 4 or 4.5-day work week schedules
• Outpatient Clinic visits only, No Hospital rounds or Nursing Home calls
• $312-322,000 salary plus bonuses
• Sign-on bonus
• Excellent benefits package that includes 35 days PTO, CME time with a $4,500 allowance
